What Features are Important to You?

Tile5 is a fairly new library, and I have very much focused on getting
the basics right in this early time. We will be working on improving
the documentation and tutorials over the coming month and also looking
to brainstorm with the community about the kinds of features they
would like to see a library like Tile5 support.

So if you have thoughts - then please let us know.

Hi Damon,

today i found some posts about Tile 5 on http://forrst.com, and i have
to say Tile5 looks very nice and load the tiles a little bit faster
like OpenLayers. In the future it would be nice to implement some OGC
Standards like WFS and others. And like that you split the different
parts into single files, so you can later generate a single
JavaScript, only with the code that you need.

Hey XoniX,

Thanks for the feedback and heads up about the posts on forrst - I don't suppose you have an invite code as if you do I'd love to get on there and participate in those discussions.

The implementation of OGC standards is definitely on the roadmap (I'll put together a pretty picture soon) and I'll be working with some Australian companies who are eager to see this implemented.  Hopefully I'll have something done sooner rather than later.
