Makes Use Of The 'Solvent Breaks Up Glued Tiles' 'Feature' (Read: Bug/
Glitch). Solves Itself.

Mm, nice. To clarify though, I believe the "glitch" was that the
mosaic resulting from removing the tile would continue to behave as a
single mosaic even if it consisted of 2 or more disconnected groups of
tiles. The solvent removing a tile from the mosaic appears to be
intentionally programmed behavior.
Anyway, that's not the point of my post here...

I made a couple of toy levels (open in edit mode).

1. "disconnected mosaic" - A goal that can't be matched without this
glitch (although to be fair I haven't tried):

TJBHs9BhyGwQ86HgvgoCHwJwzj8wWnbQu5

2. "Doughnut factory" - A fun level inspired by disconnected mosaic,
that makes use of the solvent-removes-glue behavior (but not the
glitch):

By the way, THAT'S REALLY HOW THEY MAKE DOUGHNUTS!

I wonder if this puzzle is solvable. Anyone wants to try?

That's a little scary Ivan. Maybe the solution could involve this
kind of "hand-over-hand" technique:

I retired Ivan's level

I think that approach from the outside is indispensable to this.
Or would Ivan capture this goal?

To my surprise, it wasn't _that_ difficult, although this solution is
very dirty:
