The CRAN package checks at
http://cran.r-project.org/web/checks/check_summary.html have for some
months been showing warnings of the form

* checking loading without being on the library search path ... WARNING

for packages

GOSim RLadyBug UScensus2000 UScensus2010 VIM accuracy svKomodo tikzDevice

This indicates an error in your startup code, which needs to work even
if your package is attached by library("foo", lib.loc="bar"): most often
libname has not been passed on in .onLoad or .onAttach.

Please fix by July 9, or the package will be archived on CRAN. (There
may be other issues shown on those pages which need to be addressed.)

... of which accuracy will already be archived on June 23 according to a
former notification I sent on May 31.

I think I see the cause of the error in our startup code. However, I am
currently on vacation and in the middle of moving. My box with R testing
environments is currently packed away in a basement in Salem.

I can get a fix out sometime this month, but not by July 9. Is there an
impending R release that will be affected by this bug?

Thanks a bunch for sending out an alert.

Please always keep CRAN@... CCed.

The subject line: It is tikzDevice rather than Tikzdevice.

We may be able to extend the deadline, if you tell us a date that is not
too far beyond July 9.

Well, even all former releases are affected, we just haven't found the
bug with former checks. Hence the update is important.
