[ANNOUNCE] Tigon 0.2.0 Developer Release

Hi All,

I am happy to announce the 0.2.0 Developer Release of Tigon. 

Tigon is an open source real-time stream processing framework built on top of Apache Hadoop and Apache HBase. Tigon also heavily leverages open source projects Tephra and Twill, and provides a tight integration with existing Hadoop/HBase clusters.

Features:

• Retrieving live logs in distributed mode is available through the showlogs CLI command
• Tigon Apps repo is now available on Github. It contains reference use case applications built using Tigon.
• TigonSQL’s libcurl dependency has been removed.

In addition to the above features, the release also has few bug fixes related to runtime args and logging in standalone mode.
