@ Tigon.io
#1 > "Tigon heavily leverages open source projects Tephra and Twill" Should be "Apache Twill"?
#2 left top "CASK" links to tigon.io Confusing.
#3 "thus, your solutions don’t need to be idempotent" I don't know what is "idempotent solution". There are operations that are idempotent. We need to paraphrase or remove that statement.
#4 "Additional instances of Flowlet containers can be spun up with just the click of a button." should we add "or REST API call"?
#5 "Data can be stored in HBase, if required. Transactional consistency is provided by the platform and thus any conflicts are handled “behind-the-scenes” by the platform."
This abstract is confusing. It is out of the context: which data? "Transactional consistency..." statement is mix of different things. We should either give some context or may be instead tell about txs with regard to data processing by flowlet.
#6 "Users can leverage this library to ingest massive amounts of data streams" ingest where?
#7 no explicit documentation link (hidden under releases)
#8 "If you are downloading the ZIP archive, you have these simple prerequisites" remove "simple"? "If you are downloading the ZIP archive" - is there any other option? I don't see it. Also better to say "Prerequisites for using Tigon from downloaded ZIP archive:"
#9 http://docs.cask.co/tigon/current/en/getting-started.html lists more pre-requisites than tigon.io page...
It also has different instructions for building tigon... Should we may be not duplicate these sections? or at least keep them in sync.
#10 Building using mvn clean package takes forever: hanged on some hbase queue tests. Waited for 10 min and gave up.
Do we really want to suggest get started with Tigon by building it from sources?
#11 "Examples, located in the /examples directory of the Tigon"
there's no "/examples" dir...
#12 "Developer Guides, located in the source distribution in /docs/developer-guide/source"
there's no "docs" dir...
#13 "If you are passionate about fast, high performance data processing systems, Tigon is for you and built by people like you"
and is built?
#14 roadmap link goes to https://github.com/caskdata/tigon?
#15 twitter timeline full of snickers
=== @http://docs.cask.co/tigon/current/en/getting-started.html
#51 "Is It Building?" section is out of context.
#52 tigon.io and quick start/getting started section in docs doesn't really get you started. No trying out tigon happenned.
