This abstract is confusing. It is out of the context: which data? "Transactional consistency..." statement is mix of different things. We should either give some context or may be instead tell about txs with regard to data processing by flowlet.

It also has different instructions for building tigon... Should we may be not duplicate these sections? or at least keep them in sync.

Building using mvn clean package takes forever: hanged on some hbase queue tests. Waited for 10 min and gave up.
Do we really want to suggest get started with Tigon by building it from sources?
