Black Screen for some vnc users

Hi Team,

I have created 10 vnc users in tigervnc.

Out of which only 1 works fine on connecting by vnc client.

Rest all vnc users give a black screen on connecting.

Can someone please suggest what could be the problem?

I have installed tigervnc version 1.12 in a rhel 8 linux server.
