Installing tigervnc 1.12.0-3 on Manjaro prevents X from starting after grub

Installing tigervnc 1.12.0-3 on Manjaro linux prevents startx from starting and launched session manager. Grub loads and after choosing kernel to boot, the pc logo appears several times flashing until stays put. I can access the logs with control-alt-f2 however. Just uninstalling the tigervnc makes everything work perfect again.

The culprit is the previously existing file "/etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/10-vnc.conf" which was created according to https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/TigerVNC#Expose_the_local_display_directly

Removing this file makes system boot fine even with tigervnc installed.
