The server that launch by x0vncserver is slow, can it fast like vncserver. Client is tigervnc viewer.

The statement "it is slow" isn't very helpful from a problem-definition standpoint.
Slow in relation to what? The TigerVNC X server when using a non-zero display? The local console? An ssh X-forward?
Are you using VNC locally or over a wide-area link? Does it make a difference?
What is slow? Are applications slow to respond to input? Is this a scrolling speed issue?
What version of TIgerVNC? What OS? Some OS's (RHEL 6, for example) use frankly ancient versions of TigerVNC.
Is this a bundled version of TIgerVNC, or was it built on the host in question?
