I've downloaded the latest TigerVNC. There are an option to use VNC Driver Mirror whic is supposed to give the best performance, but it is disabled. I've downloaded and instaled some Mirror Drive from UltraVNC, but the option is still disabled. What do? Host OS - Windows XP.

I'm afraid there is no support for the mirror driver and we've removed
that option completely for the next version.

A: Because it messes up the order in which people normally read text.
Q: Why is top-posting such a bad thing?

Okay, so there is no way to improve VNC performance? Such as direct imagebuffer capture or something. The current realization have some lags.

Not that we know of, no. Note however that there is some bug with the
hook method that causes massive delays. Try switching to polling
instead and see if that works well enough.
