Yes, clipboard usually just works. I guess you are using the built-in
VNC server in macOS?

Does it work with any other VNC client?

A: Because it messes up the order in which people normally read text.
Q: Why is top-posting such a bad thing?

Hmmm... I had deleted this message, so I wasn't looking for a reply - thanks for replying in any case!

Regarding the clipboard not working, I see the same behavior with UltraVNC viewer... in Windows, I highlight text just about anywhere, and do a Ctrl-C (or Right-click/Copy).

This is clearly in the Windows clipboard, as I can go to any app which is expecting a "Paste" and do a Ctrl-V (or use the app's context menu and Paste), and my copied text has been inserted right where I said to.

When I use either your viewer or Ultra, after arriving on the Mac desktop, the "Paste" is never enabled.

(and yes, the "Input" options with Tiger dealing with the clipboard are both set to On)

On the Windows end, I am running "Windows 11 24H2" (actually slightly newer, since I am running an "Insiders" build 26100.2605) - and yes, on the Mac end, using the built-in VNC server.
