As you see, I can't run tigerVNC on my armbian.
My armbian Version: Armbian 23.11.1 Bookworm
VNCserver Version: 1.12.0 - built 2023-01-06 16:01 (directly install from apt)

my install log: https://lxnchan.cn/vnc-and-desktop-on-armbian.html , it works on Debian bullseye, but when I use this on bookworm it doesn't work.

and there's log:

It is hard to say why TigerVNC doesn't run. Which command did you run to start it?

I'm not familiar with Armbian, did you try running it on regular Debian Bookworm?

Further, TigerVNC 1.12 is quite old. If you want to, you could try downloading one of the Ubuntu versions from https://sourceforge.net/projects/tigervnc/files/stable/1.13.1/ . Unfortunately, I'm not sure if the Ubuntu builds will work on Debian. If not, you have to build it yourself if you want to try a newer version.
