Authentication failure issues

Hi all,
I am facing authentication issues when connecting via vnc client.Can anyone help here ?
Current settings:
/etc/tigervnc/vncserver-config-mandatory
SecurityTypes=TLSPlain
Plainusers=%u
Plainusers=%u
/etc/tigervnc/vncserver.users
:1=lvauser
vncservice runs with out any issues.
