I have installed and configured tigervnc on my oracle linux 7.6 machine. Everything works good except two issues:
when I VNC the machine from my personal windows desktop, I see the chat option is greyed, that is I cannot initiate a chat session over the VNC which I can do on any other Windows machine.
Second issue is, the connection is not encrypted, how can I enable encryption to the connection? If I select Always on from the encryption settings on VNC viewer, it gives the following message:
"Unable to connect to VNC Server using you chosen security setting. Either upgrade VNC Server to a more recent version from RealVNC, or relect a weaker level of encryption"
Is there any way to fix these two issues? I know I am using the latest version of tigerVNC.
