Compile Tiger VNC with NVCC compiler

Hello,

I am actually scratching my head because I stuck on the compilation point.

I want to update the image compression function using the Nvidia GPU but I can not find a proper way to recompile the project using the NVCC compiler.

If anyone with a wide baggage on cmake or other build tools could help me it would be nice.
