I've just downloaded the binaries from BinTray.com but I'm not sure how should I install (actually update/upgrade) my system using these binaries.
Should I just extract and copy the files inside the tar package and reboot?

I'm running Oracle Enterprise Linux (x64) which I believe is RedHat based.

I downloaded the tar file (tigervnc-Linux-x86_64-1.4.3.tar.gz) from here:

https://bintray.com/tigervnc/stable/tigervnc/1.4.3

File content is

tigervnc-Linux-x86_64-1.4.3.tar.gz
  - etc
    - ...
  - usr
    - ...

Thanks for the help.

You could untar it at the root of the filesystem ("/"), in which case I would recommend removing any tigervnc packages supplied by the distribution first.  Or if you don't want (or don't have permission) to overwrite system files you can untar it anywhere you like.  However in that case you would not be able to run the included init scripts as system services and would also have to edit the vncserver script so that points to the correct location of the Xvnc executable.
