I am looking for a dev that is very familiar with TigerVNC or equivalent to add a custom layer on top of the stack. It will be some custom coding so an iPad can remote desktop to win10 with some special requirements. Let me know if this is a fit and I will send you the video that explains it. In general, you won't be able to use any open source VNC code base with
iOS, because Apple's app store forbids GPL-licensed code (and the app
store terms & conditions violate the GPL anyhow, so it's doubly forbidden.)

Thanks DRC. It seems that the iPad client is the issue here.

1- Can we use Tigervnc for the windows 10 application?

2- With Windows 10 serving Tigervnc, I assume a regular iPad app can be written to connect to it. 

Please share your thoughts and let me know if any of you out there can help with the win 10 part of this.
