Feature request: change interface language regardless of OS

On macOs the Viewer interface always matched the operating system display language.

Would like to have the option to use system language (default) or choose among those available.

Would you mind giving more details on what problem it is you are seeing
here? We prefer keeping things simple, so we would rather not add more
settings unless there is a strong need for them.

The problem is that some language text is out of UI when specific languages are applied to macOS, so changing tigervnc UI to another could fix the issue or make it more portable.

There isn't any "problem" is just a feature request.
