Tigervnc giving black screen on connecting

Hi Team,

I have followed this link exactly to install tigervnc 1.12.0 in my RHEL8.7 linux server.

The problem I am facing is, I have created 10 vnc users, but out of 10, only 1 user connects fine using the client, Rest all users on connecting gets a black screen.

The setup is same for all users, but still this issue with 9 users.

I looked into multiple sites in internet but nothing helped till now.

Can someone please suggest what is wrong in this tutorial above.
