The bugfix release TigerVNC 1.13.1 is now available. This release fixes
the following critical issues:
- x0vncserver can either crash itself, or crash the X server it is
connected to
- The servers might crash if the clipboard is updated just as a
client is connected
- The vncserver service can fail to start on SELinux system if ~/.vnc
doesn't exist
