Auburn softball pitcher SJ Geurin is entering the NCAA Transfer Portal as a graduate transfer, according to a report by Justin McLeod of D1Softball.

Geurin spent two seasons playing for the Tigers. She recorded 28 wins, 3.51 ERA, and 145 strikeouts in a total of 263 games played. The left-hander made appearances in 22 games in her final season with the Tigers.

This previous season, she pitched 72 1/3 innings, winning five games, recording one save, and tossing two complete games. Geurin finished second among the Auburn pitching staff in innings pitched behind ace Ella Harrison.

When first arriving on the Plains, she made an immediate impact for the Tigers as a redshirt sophomore. Appearing in 50 games, the most that year by any in the nation, Geurin would tie a program record for appearances. Her record that season was 23-12 with a 2.97 ERA. That made her the 12th Auburn pitcher to record 20-plus wins in a year.

Originally starting her collegiate career with the Oklahoma Sooners, she posted a 2-0 record in the Sooners' 2024 national championship run. The Sooners recruited her out of high school as the No. 20 recruit in the nation.

She now enters the transfer portal as a graduate transfer and will have one year of eligibility left in her collegiate career.
