Joining TIFA

Silva, I understand about Facebook and I agree with you.
Just because you are overseas doe not mean that you should
not join TIFA as there member benefits such as the
"backoffice", multiple emails with information and the
CONTACT (our newsletter). There are many of use that spend
a lot of time and our own finances on TIFA. We are based on
membership only, no grants, and all of us are volunteers.

There is value in being a member from those items I
mentioned above. Additionally, the larger our data base,
the more respect that we get from the public and
legislation. Most of us are not afraid to "tell it like it
is" to the public and to educate.

I believe if you and others would join, you would find the
value added over just being on TIFA Talk.
