Membership Renewal

Our "Basic Plus Membership" was renewed in May 2011 and we have
received a transmittal letter dated May 20, 2011 and our new cards
indicating a new expiration of May 23, 2012. However, we are still
not able to access the "Members Only" portion of the TIFA website as
of today. Is there a problem? I sent an e-mail via "Contact Us" with
no response thus far. Thanks for a reply either here or via e-mail.

Hi Bonnie ~

I'll be glad to check it out. There definitely are glitches in the new website, and I generally don't know there is a problem 'til a member contacts me. I haven't received your "contact us" message so I'll check that out as well. Thanks for contacting me!

Hi! My dues were paid through 9-15-11. Then I received a notice that my
membership was expiring in May, so I sent in more dues. Now my membership
expires on May 13, 2012. I was negligent in checking my card - just thought
the year passed quickly, as it seems to when one is really old.

Not the case here - I'm getting old, but there was a glitch that has
been fixed. It's always good to check.
