So it looks like we don't need to do the printing ourselves as long as
we get the poster to this person by Sunday at midnight.

Also, note that EUReKA is gonna be in Price Center West foyer (I think
that means right outside of the ballroom in that carpeted hallway)
from 1-3 next Thursday. We'll pick shifts next team meeting.

Hello - My name is Sue MacDonald.  I am coordinating the EUReKA poster
presentations for Thursday April 15th.  The posters will be displayed
from 1-3pm in the Price Center West foyer.  Please plan for a
representative of the research to be present by the poster for those
two hours.  Students, faculty, members of industry and judges will be
walking through asking questions and inquiring about your work.

The Dean's office will pay for your poster to be printed provided it
is sent to me directly/or attached to registration.  They must be
received by Sunday, midnight so that I can prep and print them.

***If you already have your poster printed from your advisor or if you
had one printed from another research expo (TIES etc) Please contact
me with that information as well.  I'll need you to drop off your
poster so that it can be attached to the boards that morning with the
others.

Please contact me with any questions.

For those of you that will be working on new projects this quarter (video
conferencing, Wiimote virtual whiteboard, improved plexiglass cover), if you
can send me a short description of what you're planning on doing, then I can
combine that info with some of what we had on our poster for last quarter to
create a poster.
