As discussed over telephone with Ajay , we request you to implement the fourth lift on two plus two basis synchronisation .

Request you to pls co-ordinate with the Schindler team and do the needful so two elevator work in sync and the other two work in sync.

Respected Tier-2 Subcommittee,

I would like to bring to your attention the current operation of the elevators in a 2+2 group configuration, which differs from the original design where all elevators were intended to be in one group of four. We have communicated our preference to Lodha for the Villa elevators to operate in a 2+2 group configuration, with one side dedicated to residents and the other side for domestic staff and other house helpers.

I would like to highlight that currently; the grouping implementation is being carried out at no additional cost. However, it's important to note that if we decide to switch to the 4-group option in the future, there may be additional expenses involved. We will need to coordinate with Schindler directly for this change and cost will come to us, as they will be closing the purchase order from their side. (Attached is the email communication with Lodha for reference).

The original plan of grouping all 4 villa elevators has been deliberated upon by the Sub-Committee of Tier-2. Currently, these elevators are functioning within two separate 2+2 groups. The first group is designated for the right-side elevators (KH1 "R" & KH2 "S"), while the second group pertains to the left-side elevators (KH3 "Q" & KH4 "P").

 

This arrangement appears practical for maintaining a division between the domestic staff and the residents. One set of elevators can serve the residents, while the second set can be used by domestic staff, drivers, maids, and others. However, the actual outcome cannot be predicted within a short timeframe.

 

In light of the aforementioned considerations, It has been decided to keep the grouping work all 4 elevators on hold for time being, and elevators will run on 2+2 configuration for a trial basis.

KH1 & KH2 group looping has been completed, but for all (KH1~KH4) car group looping activation, they require 4 hrs for KH3 & KH4 shutdown after the KH1 lift is handed over to you.

Kindly keep the provision for the same.  SIPL service  Mr sachin and team will coordinate with you. 

So please allow them to complete the all 4 Cars Group looping.

Atleast two of the elevators have a very audible scratching sound all through the elevator ride. Wasnt the case earlier. We should have Schindler check it before the purchase order is closed.
