Dear Harsh

BPD and Bcam are two different things and cannot be connected and amount of Bcam cannot be adjusted from BPD.

Till you dont pay bcam, it will be shown as outstanding and interest will be charged as per approval in AGM.

Then you pay me interest on my BPD. If you cant repay my BPD i wont pay BCAM and in no way you can hold my BPD

You know you are violating lot of rules of the society and i wont repeat them again.

Kindly follow the rules laid down by agm, pmc and bye laws.

What Violations are there? Door extension has been agreed in AGM. On 69th floor the door is not even extended still you have not released the BPD. First you follow rules and then preach about following rules. Its not your money to hold. 

Release it asap or pay me interest.
