55E Villa Request for Main Door Replacement with New Design with fire-retardant safety Considerations

Respected T-2 Subcommittee Members,

Mr. Maheshwari, an owner of 55E Villa, has requested to replace the main door with a new design without compromising the fire-retardant safety of the main door. We have submitted this request to the Fitout Committee, and the Fitout Committee has requested the opinion of the Tier-2 Subcommittee regarding Mr. Maheshwari's request to replace the main door. Previously, many residents have replaced their main doors before the formation of the society.

Kindly provide your opinion/guidance on the matter.
