I have just purchased Cubase Artist 10 from Steinberg store, password given in confirmation email does not work. How do I contact a human to discuss. I am new to Steinberg and so far I am not that impressed.l
I have put a email in and am still awaiting the email from the online shop so I can reset a password just so I can log in to investigate my ticket which i submitted no problem inn regards to a discount not being applied. It is strange.
This screen is used to reset a User Password and vary on a terminal or PC device. Use this screen when a credit union employee forgets a password or accidentally varies off his or her device by entering a password incorrectly three times in a row. In most cases, both the password and device need to be reset at the same time.
To reset the Sign-on password, simply enter the User ID (used to sign on to the system), then enter the desired password - the user will be required to change his or her password immediately after signing on with the assigned temporary password.
Please note that the eLC Installation Helper can only be executed if your Windows user account has administrative rights. If you are logged in to a Windows user account with limited rights you will be prompted to provide an administrator's username and password.
I am wondering if some of my passwords have been compromised as I saw an operating system on Cubase 12 Pro in my Steinberg account that I did not recognise so i unauthorised all devices and changed my password. I have done the same on various other sites but I purchased Kontakt 13 ultimate bundle Last January and cannot see in my account here the devices I have the software installed on and considering i only have the one Acer Nitro 5 laptop fast enough to run any music software I am concerned that there may be other devices elsewhere that my purchased software is installed on so is that a section somewhere that lists the devices I have kontakt installed on ? I have just changed my native instruments password and I am reinstalling the whole system as the native installation wanted some command prompt elevated privileges last week and I reluctantly granted and it screwed up my registry so I am having to reinstall the whole system AGAIN but most software companies have listed the devices I have installed on but I cannot see anywhere in native instruments where this is showing ? Anyone ? Thank you

Yea! got it to login and run, BUT cant hear playback while using, it records just fine but can't seem to figure out how to hear while i'm playing, Any ideas any one? using cubase elements 7 & 8, windows 7 64 bit ultimate.
