Update on SIDCO land value reckoned for regn & rebate on stamp duty & regn. fee

Dear all,

 

You may recall the report that the SIDCO CMD had initiated steps to issue a G.O. to enable SIDCO land allottees to register their land at allotment order value instead of market price, and announce the 50% rebate on Stamp duty and Registration Fee. TIEMA had followed up the matter with the CMD and on his suggestion, representatives met today with the Secretary – MSME, Mr. P. Selvam, I.A.S. MSME Secretary confirmed that the documents have been forwarded to the Revenue Secretary. He expects the G.O. to be released in about 10 days.
