Dear all,

We are all experiencing difficulty in recruiting workers and staff. It
is a common sight to see “wanted” sign board hanging in the front gate
of many companies in the estate. Why don’t we team up with a newspaper,
a placement consultant or a technical institute such as an ITI, to
conduct a job fair in a common place on a holiday? Such recruitment
drives are common in IT.

If the idea is well received amongst us, we can form a steering
committee to come up with a proposal.

Please share your views.
