Sir,

Thanks for the minutes of the Meeting. Last meeting I was not informed about the Meeting and Venue. I was told By Secretary by 11am on Saterday. I had already commited my work with  the Bank. Pl excuse me for my Leave of Absence. I will definately Co ordiante with Mr Parthasarthy and Mr kirubakaran and Moniter the Electrical Work.

Pl instruct Mr Santhanam Working on Behalf of the Associton to inform atleast 24 hrs before the meeting so that we will not miss the meetings. Thanks for your efforts
