I'm just gonna flat out say that nightmare dungeons are a tedious, horrible experience. I am a level 100 arc lash sorc, I have perfect stat gear, all 4/4 stats are correct on every piece of gear and above average or near perfect rolls, perfect legendary aspects on every piece, I have every paragon, 6/6 glyphs that are rank 15+. I have basically been able to no life the game for almost 2 weeks (which im sure will upset some people on this sub)
I can do about nightmare tier 60, but not much higher depending on stats/layout/mob type. I can pop all my CD's and kill some mobs but when running from pack to pack my armor stacking aspect will fall off and I will just randomly get 1 shot by some off screen white ranged mob or banshee, or some random mob will just explode and 1 shot.
This doesn't even take into account that all of the objectives in the nightmare dungeon are complete dogshit. Like 75% of them you just skip all the mobs and pick some shit up off the ground or untie some npc. The play loop goes like this:
I like it well enough, but it isn't for me. It's fun and odd and frankly, my little pony is the stuff nightmares are made of. It just doesn't grab me the way the Dark Carnival, Wild Ones, or Xmas Rasputina did.
The irony here is, that 3DR really aren't as innocent as some think, they've done shady stuff before in various forms and to varying degrees. I've also read in some places that Bobby initially contacted 3DR for this but they said no, and directed him to GBX, who, as we all know, are in bed with lawsuits.
Thanks for the tutorial and the shared file man! I tested your tips and "LithRez.exe" extracted perfectly the game files ;) Since KPC Tools is working now I hope in the future KPC has a lot of addons and mods section, since it's a great game and strangely has no mods/addon... Your guide will help many modders to work over it ;)
Mario uses a new, never-before-seen item that transforms the mushroom-kingdom into a phsycadellic hallucinagenic nightmare! Toad drives around on a hot rod that fires Arnold Schwarzeneggers' head from the barrel (lol, his videogame legislations, oh the irony...)! items are rendered in high-definition clarity! Marios' creators' head can be seen flying around at one point! There is a boss fight with SubZero (from mortal combat)! Bowser is the size of Godzilla, and hell-bent on destroying you! Bill Clinton Goombas' wander around telling you how innapropriate it is to land on them (yet another jab at video-game legislation! Man, this stuff is comedy gold!) The next Mario game should be more like this. :D
Will StopTheScript be coming to Safari on the Mac too? I hope so, in the future, but right now it can't, unfortunately. The irony is that StopTheScript was written for the Mac. The extension been complete for over a year, but I couldn't ship it for the Mac, and I still can't. I've just been sitting on it, waiting for the opportunity, which presented itself with iOS 15. Technically I could ship the extension on the Mac, but it wouldn't work right. It wouldn't do what I promised. The problem is that "run_at":"document_start" doesn't work right in Safari on macOS, a bug that I blogged about over a year ago. At the time, I couldn't say why exactly I needed document_start, but now I can: for StopTheScript! Strangely, this bug does not affect Safari on iOS, which is why I was able to release the extension on iOS.
There is a Safari extension bug that affects both macOS and iOS: Safari's default preference "Preload Top Hit" breaks "run_at":"document_start". I also blogged about this bug before, earlier this year. Fortunately, there's a workaround for this bug: just change Safari's preference! The installation instructions for StopTheScript strongly recommend that you disable Preload Top Hit (as do the installation instructions for StopTheMadness). Even if you don't install my Safari extensions, you should still disable Preload Top Hit, because, frankly, it sucks. Preload Top Hit is a nightmare not only for Safari extensions but also for your own privacy.
With ODT set everything to defaults/zeros except ASW off, distortion low, bitrate 500mbps, mobile asw disabled. If you want to experiment with different ASW modes you can simply do this on the fly by using the keyboard command ctrl+num# where num# is with your numeric keyboard, not top row #. Ctrl+num1 = ASW off, num2 = ASW off and fixed fps to 1/2 your refresh rate (36 if you're using 72Hz refresh rate, 40 if you're using 80Hz), num3 = ASW on with fps fixed to 1/2 your refresh rate, num4 = ASW Auto (default). I've always found things work best with ASW = off, but ASW = off with fixed also works pretty well but I find it can cause a few stutters. Easy to try different mods on the fly to wee what you like best. You don't need addons to do this for you imho.

The Bone Master: Welcome to my little realm.
Jogador: Join
The Bone Master: The Brotherhood of Bones has suffered greatly in the past, but we did survive as we always will ...
The Bone Master: You have proven resourceful by beating the silly riddles the Nightmare Knights set up to test their candidates ...
The Bone Master: It's an amusing thought that after passing their test you might choose to join the ranks of their sworn enemies ...
The Bone Master: For the irony of this I ask you, Gracz: Do you want to join the Brotherhood of Bones?
Jogador: Yes
The Bone Master: But know that your decision will be irrevocable. You will abandon the opportunity to join any order whose doctrine is incontrast to our own ...
The Bone Master: Do you still want to join the Brotherhood?
Jogador: Yes
The Bone Master: Welcome to the Brotherhood! From now on you will walk the path of Bones. A life full of promises and power has just been offered to you ...
The Bone Master: Take it, if you are up to that challenge ... or perish in agony if you deserve this fate ...
The Bone Master: You can always ask me about your current rank and about the privileges the ranks grant to those who hold them.
Jogador: Bye
BulletProof Security is a unique security plugin in 2 ways: firstly, it has a one-time fee for security; and secondly, it is a rare security plugin that has vulnerabilities in its own code. Oh, the irony.
Pelagius has had nightmares all his life. To help fix this, the Dragonborn must go through the northeast portal and find a sleeping Pelagius. Shooting Pelagius with Wabbajack will make the wolf appear. Shooting the wolf will turn him into a goat. After Pelagius is shot again, the bandit chief will appear. When he is shot, he will turn into Little Pelagius. The Dragonborn must then shoot Pelagius with the Wabbajack to make the hagraven appear, then shoot the hagraven to turn it into a Sultry Maiden. The next creature that would appear is a flame atronach who turns into a bonfire. After that the dragon priest will appear who will be turned into a treasure chest when shot. Completing this will eventually make Pelagius the Tormented wake up. Once Pelagius gets up out of the bed, the Night Terrors section is over. Note that the chest that spawns near the campfire cannot be looted.
> installing add-ons in Tor Browser is generally not recommended
Well... having less-trusted addons like NoScript preloaded in browser bundle sorta nullifies this recommendation. While some other addon can improve privacy even in private browsing environment and junk traffic thru tor circuits (which are slow already).
Sure thing. Problem is that NoScript receives updates thru addons.mozilla.org as well - as preconfigured in browser bundle effectively leaving an open sesame for any attack NoScript's author wishes to perform again, see -noscript-users
That's why I don't use NoScript at all (it is rather pointless in 2019 anyway).
@anon, you seem to know a lot about uBlock Origin.
Are you sure it doesn't reveal your TRUE IP as some addons do? Or track you in some other way?
I see all the time that uBlock Origin sets a bunch of cookies every time it updates the Filter Lists from Easylist, Fanboy etc...
"After getting a good view of the extension's functionality, I used webextaware to retrieve all publicly available Firefox add-ons from addons.mozilla.org (AMO) and looked for similar patterns. Through this method, I found twenty add-ons that I subjected to an additional review, which can be put in two evenly sized groups based on their characteristics.
If you forget to also disable autoupdates of addons, potentially a malicious attacker might be able to trick your browser into installing an (unsigned!) piece of malware masquerading as a legitimate update. Or if you forget and install an (unsigned!) add-on, you will have... installed unverified software, which again might be malware. It's hard to guess how likely these scenarios really are, but the fact that they must be taken seriously because a certificate expired is really shocking and outrageous.
