New "nosync" logic - REQUEST (and thank you)

Hello!

First of all, thanks for great application, it is nice and reliable.

I suppose you receive a lot of requests for new features and improvements.

And this is no exception :)

I propose to upgrade "nosync" logic  which allows to have certain entries in Outlook intact by putting them into "nosync" category.

I believe that it would be convenient to turn it other way round: to mark all events copied from Lotus to Outlook (i.e. "sync" category) and leave all other entries in Outlook intact.

This will allow to work with Outlook calendar while having a replica of LN calendar overhead.

I'm not sure that you'll have time to implement this.
