There is no good way to do this from within the application. I
intended to add it but never got around to actually implement it.

What you can do now is to remove TieCal's settings file and the next
time you start tiecal it will ask you to specify notes password and
database again.

The file is located in the AppData special folder for your user, on
Windows 7 this is
C:\Users\<YourUserName>\AppData\Roaming

You can start the "Run Program" dialog in windows (win+R button on
keyboard, or from start menu) and enter %APPDATA%
then click on the TieCal folder in the explorer window that opens.

Just remove the ProgramSettings.txt file or rename it (make sure
TieCal is closed first!).
