時下ますますご清栄のこととお喜び申し上げます。
さて、世界の約５分の１の人口を包有する南アジアの一人当たりのエネルギ消費は現在先進国に比べて５分の１以下しかありません。南アジアのこれからの産業化に伴いエネルギ消費の急増加は再生可能エネルギで行うのは世界中に重要であり、得に日本が長年新興国に貢献して来た分野でもあります。
インド大手インフラ財閥GMRも同分野に活動されており、ネパールで９００ＭＷの水力発電所を予定しています（添付）。発電力はネパールと共にインドとバングラデシュにも提供する予定で、当プロジェクトは南アジアの地政的協力関係にもとても重要なプロジェクトだと思います。
突然ですが１０月５日夕方、駐日インド大使スジャン・R・チノイ氏と担当社のＧＭＲエネルギR.V.Sheshan社長を招きし「エネルギに基づき南アジアの地政的協力関係に日本からの協力の機会」をテマーにセミナーを開催したいと思います。是非時間が許す限りご参加頂ければ幸いでございます。

GMR Group a leading infrastructure and energy group of India is undertaking a 900 MW Hydro Power Project in Nepal planing to share the produce among India, Bangladesh and the host country, connecting
the region very admirably through a much needed modern resource.
It's my pleasure to invite you to an evening with the gracious presence and a speech of the Ambassador of India to Japan, H.E. Amb. Sujan R. Chinoy and a presentation by Mr. R.V. Sheshan, CEO Hydro En
