Regular B.E. Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Instrumentation with 5 yrs experience in solar (off-grid/on-grid) project management, techno commercial, contract/vendor/resource/construction management, documentation, basic operations & maintenance.

The ideal candidate should have an overall technical experience covering
-     Deriving implementation processes and work flow
-     Power plant and related elements deployment
-     Good understanding on  transmission and distribution
-     Automation, SCADA, Data Acquisition Systems
-     Familiar with REC/DISCOM guidelines
-     Procurement processes, material management
-     Reports/trackers generation, billing facilitation
-     Successful project completion with desired quality assurance and time lines
-     P&L ownership

Personal skills desired are:
-     Good at project tracker sheets on MS or equivalant applications
-     Good communication – verbal and written
-     Good team player with leadership
-     People management
-     Self driven and sensitivity to on time delivery
-     Adherence to Contract/NDA boundaries
-     Professional practices
