Today's Nikkei (world's largest financial newspaper) is carrying my half page interview on India-Japan relations as attached. I have recommended a holistic combination of Capital + Technology + Human
Resource Development as a necessary approach to solve the current chicken-and-egg problem. Have attached an earlier English article on the above topic as well.
