Taxes Regarding Training Courses

Hi Group Members,

Wish You Happy Diwali.

I am planning to sell training courses via cd/dvd and digital downloads.

What are the taxes (sales tax, services tax, vat and any other tax) applicable in following four cases:

1. selling via cd/dvds to customers within india
2. selling via cd/dvds to customers outside india

3. selling via digital download to customers within india
4. selling via digital download to customers outside india

I don't think Service Tax is applicable in this case in India. Only
VAT is applicable.

What other countries are you planing to sell to. Each country will
have their own tax structure.
