Two Proofs of the Business Entity for Setup

Hi Group Members,

I am willing to setup a bare minimum one-person proprietorship firm for my freelancing business (marketing, consulting, services) which I am willing to operate from my bangalore residence offering services purely via internet and mobile and to open a bank account, bank is ask at least two documents in the name of firm.

At this time, I don't want to bother myself much in compliance and want to setup a bare minimum entity where no monthly, quarterly or half-yearly returns filling is required and no penalties is there in case of missing the filling of returns so that I can focus on product, market fit etc instead of legalities.

Rental Agreement and Internet Connection is in the name of my brother.
Electricity bills and Water bill are in the name of Build owner and he is not willing to give any NOC as he don't want that anyone should start any kind of business from the premises.

Service Tax Registration is not mandatory till the limit of somewhere 10-15 lakhs and I will need to file returns each quarter and If we miss the filling, they start charging handsome penalties, so I want to avoid it.

For registration for the purpose of shop and establishment act or trade license, they require a commercial place for the business which I do not have.

I went to DIC but they are making it little complex. It seems that they are looking for some favor which I am not willing to offer.

SSI Registration is not applicable as per my opinion as I am into marketing, consulting and services business and not a Product business.

What are the alternative options I have left for registering my proprietorship entity which can work as a proof of business?
