Teachers for a preSchool

Dear All,
Could anyone suggest a good source of teachers for preschools? We are running a preschool of a reputed brand in Bangalore, in Tumkur road area.
Any suggestion is appreciated.!

Your best bet would be teacher education (B. Ed) colleges (look for specialization in early childhood development) and montessori training institutes, local to your area. That way, you will find trained teachers within your school zone! 

A second source - if you have contacts in IT industry, reach out to them. Some of their spouses might be interested to take up teaching in preschools.

Another source is to study the competitors in your locality, and try to poach their good faculty.

Hi Somanath, recruitment ads on Times of India news paper on Wednesdays work really good. My ad agency provides me 'book 2, get 1 free' deal. Most of my ads run for 3 Wednesdays consecutively.

Dear Somnath,

Also a good source to hire for pre-school teachers are NTT (Nursery Training Institutes). I would suggest try justdial for the local area and connect with institutes. Many of them have prior experience and join NTT to get certified.
