move horizontal dividing line down, allow more room for folders at top of page?

I'd like to view more bookmarks from the selected folder. At the
moment I can only see four at a time -- one row of four bookmarks. All
the rest of the screen is taken up with rows of folders. How can I
move the horizontal divider lower to allow more space for the
bookmarks?
I love the look of the program, and would love to use it as my primary
bookmark program, if I can make it work.
