Moving link/folder upward

I dragged a folder into another folder by mistake. How can I move
that folder upwards to undo the action?
(By the way, the dragging feature can lead to mistake since it has
little margin between slots.)

Hi,

Please open source on one Tab or Browser and destination in other Tab
or Browser and drag&drop the folder.
