Hello everyone
Long time no see.

Below is some information about the Balham and Tooting Community
Association fun day being held this Saturday. Lots of fun things going
on including a "Trashcatchers" parade (children make costumes out of
rubbish) which sounds similar to an idea discussed at one of our
meetings.

BATCA Midsummer Fun Day
12 noon - 5pm on Saturday 13 June

At Gatton School and St Augustine's Church
Broadwater Road, SW17

A day of fun for the whole family.

Funds raised go to St George’s Hospital





Join us at BATCA's second Midsummer Fun Day for the whole community.
It's being run collaboratively by BATCA, Gatton Muslim Primary School,
Fircroft School and St Augustine's Church. Great attractions
include:

Rides, sports and craft workshops
International food, salad bar, freshly made smoothies
Clown and storyteller
Free health checks from NHS Wandsworth
Amazing arts workshop - create hats and costumes from trash and join
the 'Trashcatchers Parade'
Ambulance pull - Greet the ambulance being pulled from St
George’sHospital
'Great Gustos' community choir
