Help turning off cast bar!

I am using both tidy plates and Quartz, id like to turn off the cast
bar for tidy plates neon, but I dont know how, please help! Thanks :)

Just a tip for others: In Blizzard's own interface settings, under
"Interface > Combat > Show Castbars...", you can disable the cast bars
on nameplates.
