Green bloat on Aggrogain/lose with Neon theme

Despite other themes working like a charm, neon tank and dps are
giving me huge grean bloating rectangles instead of their "red" normal
appearance while the blue one is shown as intended, I checked on the
graphics in the addon folder but there's no such thing as a big green
block that could have been confused with the actual theme's
appearance.
It cannot be the aggro gain glow since it persistently shows this
really huge green 100% opacity blocks on aggro(dps) or noaggro(tank)
mode.

Uninstall and reinstall. Somewhere along the line, the TGA files have
gotten messed up. This has been a common occurrence when updating via
Curse, but can also happen in other situations.
