i remember on WOTLK that i had a plugin called Knurl that allowed me
to watch the HoTs and weakened soul on friendly plates. Now i cant
find a update version of it. there is any way to show this again only
with tidy bars? or another addon? it is very useful to me.

There is a debuff/buff filtering option within TidyPlates, I believe
you could set it up to show certaiin HoT effects pretty easily.

HoTs (buffs of any kind) have never been supported by the built-in
widget. You might have been using PlateBuffs.
