Class Colors stopped working in Grey

Hi,

A few months back my class colors stopped working. I use the Grey
theme, Tank and DPS in my respective specs, and in both themes the
health bars no longer display by class color when I come across
hostile PCs - all enemies display as red, whether character or NPC
(with the exception of neutral units, which remain yellow).

Turning the class color option for health bars off and on has no
effect, even if I relog between changes.

I updated to the most recent release on Curse, but the problem didn't
correct itself. I also did a cursory visual scan of the code and found
options for changing health bar color based on aggro, but not on
changing based on class color.

Has anyone else experienced this, or does anyone have any ideas on how
to correct it?

I've been putting off a complete wipe and reinstall of the addon,
because I like the way I have it set up, but I will give it a try if
nobody has a quick fix.

Try enabling the "Class Colors in Nameplates" option in
Interface>Combat (Or maybe it's Interface>Display?)
