Select target by mouse over nameplate and totem issue

I have two question towards tidy plates.

First, when I adjust frame's vertical position of plates to high
position. Like high above target's 3D model. It's impossible to select
that target by mouse over nameplate. Instead I have to mouse over
target's 3D model, to be able to select it.

Do we still be able to select target by mouse over nameplate? I'm not
sure if I missed any setting. If someone could point out would be
great.

Reason I adjust nameplate's position is PvP issue. I want to be able
to see target's 3D model so I know what happen during battle. If
nameplate overlap target's 3D model it's really hard to position my
character.

Second question would be totem. I only found option to show totem's
icon. But real issue with totem is actually totem's HP bar. It's way
too large. When shaman pop up his totem, suddenly four extra totem
nameplate show up all over the screen. It would be good if we could
disable totem's HP bar and only show as icon or shrink HP bar's width.

1 - The vertical adjustment is for the artwork, only. The hitbox is
not movable by addons; It's fully controlled by the client.

2 - Mousing over a nameplate is the same as mousing over the 3d model.

3 - Totem scale; Set your Scale spotlight mode to "By NPC", and adjust
the spotlight scale to taste. It will shrink the whole plate,
including icon.

That explains why I can not mouse over nameplate and select it.

Also for totem I will give it a try.
