Tug-o-threat aggro indicator stopped working!

Somehow the vertical aggro threat indicator is gone for me.
The Tug-o-Threat, I also noticed the Threat Wheel doesn't work either.
Is there some lib or anything that is needed for these to work? I
really want this feature back but really don't know how to.
Using Tidy Plates 6.2
