[filesystemadaptor] FileSystemPaths regression in 5.1.20

Hi All!

There is a handy customization mechanism in how tiddlers are saved to the filesystem by the node backend using $:/config/FileSystemPaths.

It works very well with TiddlyWiki 5.1.19, as described here: https://tiddlywiki.com/static/Customising%2520Tiddler%2520File%2520Naming.html.

Unfortunately, upgrading to 5.1.20 causes file names to be 'Filter error_ Missing [ in filter expression.tid', even using the verbating config from the above doc.

Reverting to 5.1.19, it works once again.

I think it will be fixed in the next version, which may be a bugfix-version. see: https://github.com/Jermolene/TiddlyWiki5/pull/4174
