Bug in Core <<tag>> macro

Hi Jeremy et. al.,

Do this:

This is a <<tag SomeTag>>.

This is also <<tag SomeTag>>. So is this <<tag SomeTag>>.

and click on any of the tag macros. All 3 will open up, which is very visually confusing.

I believe this is a known limitation of the Qualify macro. It looks at the context (the tiddler) rather than the specific occurrence.
